After a few different failed attempts of kick-starting my fitness journey, I took the initiative to reach out to Anuskha and enquire about her Bollywood dance classes. She was very informative and accommodating.

I started bollyfit a few months ago with Anushka from Aspire dance and she has been an amazing teacher. She is always smiling and displays a lovely manner. Her fitness compositions are always energetic and Anushka is a fabulous guide throughout this segment, motivating and offering a variety in the level of intensity in the moves suggested. She is a patient and consistent teacher who will repeat movements until the group have grasped them. By repeating moves Anushka guides people by joining short segments together allowing them to remember the moves.  She is always smiling and offers praise and encouragement throughout and brings the whole routine together effortlessly.  This is all done in a very relaxed manner while Anushka will also consider your health and wellbeing by asking to hydrate and rest if needed.  . I strongly recommend people join the weekly online classes which not only help with keeping fit but also assist in improving your mood and health and well-being.
